Pay: $65000 $85000 Salary BOE

Schedule: Monday Friday 8:30 AM 4:30 PM

Our Client in Lindenwold NJ is seeking a Property Manager with 10 years of experience overseeing residential communities. This role focuses on leading leasing efforts overseeing maintenance operations managing rent collections and maintaining strong resident relations while ensuring overall property performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee overall property operations and performance
• Lead leasing efforts and monitor occupancy levels
• Manage aged receivables and rent collections
• Maintain strong resident/customer relationships and satisfaction
• Coordinate with maintenance team for work orders unit turnovers and preventative maintenance
• Ensure property upkeep and timely completion of maintenance tasks
• Monitor financial performance collections and operational metrics
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Serve as primary liaison between residents leasing maintenance and ownership

Candidate Requirements

• 10 years of property management experience required
• Experience managing residential communities
• Strong background in leasing collections and property operations
• Proficiency with Yardi Voyager and related property management software required
• Experience with leasing resident management work orders reporting and financial tracking
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to coordinate across multiple teams and departments
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
