Property Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Market and lease apartments to maintain high occupancy
• Execute certification of income and assets for residents at move-in & annually in a timely manner
• Collect and process rent and security deposit payments
• Adhere to fair housing laws and Newbury Living processes & procedures
• Provide professional resident relations

Qualifications:

• HUD and LIHTC property management experience preferred
• 3 years of apartment management experience preferred
• Excellent problem-solving verbal and written communication skills and computer skills
• Must possess a valid Iowa drivers license and vehicle insurance
• Must pass a background check and drug screening
