A Class B multifamily management company is looking for a hands-on Property Manager to lead field operations across their Bronx/Queens portfolio. This role is all about being on the ground walking properties solving problems in real time and keeping buildings running the way they should. If you know multifamily inside and out and prefer being on-site over sitting behind a desk this is built for you.

Key Responsibilities

Field Operations

• Oversee day-to-day property operations across the Bronx/Queens portfolio
• Conduct regular property inspections to ensure buildings are running efficiently

Maintenance & Vendor Management

• Supervise maintenance staff and coordinate repairs
• Manage relationships with outside vendors

Building Performance

• Ensure properties are maintained to a high operational standard
• Address issues proactively to keep buildings running smoothly

Qualifications

• Multifamily property management experience required
• Comfortable working in the field not just the office
• Strong hands-on leadership with maintenance staff and vendors
