Residential Property Manager

Harmoniq Residential is seeking an experienced and people-focused Property Manager to lead daily operations at The Ruby one of Brookfields premier residential communities.

The Ruby offers residents modern apartment homes upscale amenities and a welcoming community atmosphere in one of the Milwaukee areas most desirable suburbs. This is an exciting opportunity for a property management professional who enjoys building relationships driving property performance and creating an exceptional living experience for residents.

As Property Manager you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the community lead financial performance support leasing initiatives and partner closely with maintenance and vendor teams to ensure the property continues to operate at the highest level.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the community and ensure a positive resident experience
• Manage rent collections delinquency follow-up and resident account accuracy
• Monitor property financial performance budgets and reporting
• Partner with vendors and contractors to ensure timely and high-quality completion of projects and service requests
• Support leasing and occupancy goals through collaboration with the leasing team
• Conduct property inspections and ensure community appearance standards are maintained
• Build strong relationships with residents through responsive communication and exceptional customer service
• Address resident concerns professionally and proactively
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulations
• Foster a collaborative and positive community culture for residents and team members alike

What Were Looking For

• Two or more years of residential property management experience
• Strong understanding of rent collections budgeting financial reporting and property operations
• Exceptional customer service and relationship-building skills
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office particularly Excel
• Experience with Yardi MRI Entrata AppFolio or similar property management software preferred
• Positive team-oriented mindset with a commitment to operational excellence
