Job Summary

We are seeking a dependable Property Maintenance Technician to handle routine repairs and general maintenance at rental properties. This position will also assist with preparing vacant units for new residents.

Responsibilities

• Complete routine maintenance and repairs including basic plumbing electrical drywall doors locks and fixtures.
• Prepare vacant units for new residents including painting cleaning and installing or replacing fixtures blinds and cabinets.
• Respond to maintenance requests and complete work orders in a timely manner.
• Perform general property upkeep and preventative maintenance.
• Maintain tools equipment and work areas in a clean and safe condition.
• Report major repairs or issues requiring specialized or licensed contractors.

Qualifications

• 6 months1 year of general maintenance handyman or repair experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of plumbing electrical and general building maintenance.
• Familiarity with hand and power tools.
• Ability to work independently and manage assigned tasks.
• Valid drivers license.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and perform physical tasks including standing bending kneeling climbing and reaching for extended periods.
