Property Maintenance Oxford, Ms

Pay: $18.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday Friday 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
Hours: 40 hours per week

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Property Maintenance Technician to support the upkeep and maintenance of residential properties in Oxford MS. This role involves performing a variety of maintenance repair and groundskeeping duties to ensure properties remain safe functional and well-maintained.

• Perform general maintenance and repair tasks on residential properties
• Maintain outdoor areas through mowing trimming edging and other landscaping activities
• Operate lawn care and landscaping equipment safely and effectively
• Conduct routine property inspections and identify maintenance concerns
• Complete minor repairs and preventative maintenance as needed
• Ensure properties are clean presentable and properly maintained
• Follow all company safety standards procedures and policies

• Previous experience in property maintenance landscaping or a related field
• Familiarity with operating lawn care and landscaping equipment
• Basic knowledge of residential maintenance and repair procedures
• Experience with plumbing electrical or HVAC systems is highly preferred
• Ability to safely use hand tools and power tools
• Reliable transportation and a strong work ethic
• Ability to lift carry and perform physically demanding tasks throughout the day
