At Yooralla youll have the opportunity to make a positive difference working as a team to support people with disability to live the lives they choose.
In this role youll be at the heart of Yoorallas Central Office operations - providing leadership to administrative and reception staff managing day-to-day property services and facilities and coordinating IT asset support to ensure our teams have what they need to thrive.
- Oversee Central Office administration including procurement supplier management and expense monitoring
- Lead and support Reception staff fostering a positive inclusive work culture
- Manage facility operations maintenance safety compliance and relationships with building management
- Administer IT assets: provisioning maintaining the IT asset register and supporting staff with IT needs
- Assist with audits reporting and continuous improvement of office and IT processes
- Experienced in office management or a senior administrative leadership role
- Skilled in supervising staff driving workflow efficiency and process improvement
- Strong organisational communication and relationship management skills
- Comfortable with IT asset administration and general office technologies
- Collaborative adaptable and solutions-focused
Mandatory Requirements
- International Police Check (if required)

- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Current Australian drivers licence
- High level interpersonal written and oral communication skills
- Ability to liaise effectively with a range of staff managers customers and other stakeholders
- Ability to lead and motivate staff
