About the Role:

Title: Property & Grounds Assistant
Reports to: Communities Leader
Location: Oshkosh WI
Pay: Starting at $18 (based on experience)

What Youll Do (and Rock at!):

• Be the hands-on hero: Own the cleanliness safety and overall feel of your assigned propertiesinside and out.

• Stay sharp: Conduct weekly walk-throughs and spot what needs attention before it becomes an issue.

• Fix it yourself: Youll be painting repairing cleaning and tackling small maintenance tasks.

• Weather warrior: Snow sun rainyoure out there making things better no matter the forecast.

• Connect with residents: Build friendly relationships and respond to their concerns with care.

• Software Knowledge: Used to manage time and connect with residents

• Level things up: Spot areas for improvement and take initiative to make your properties shine.

• Solve problems fast: When unexpected issues come up think critically and find efficient lasting solutions.

• Mind the details: Notice the small thingsbecause they make a big difference in how the property feels.
