Description:Property Analyst - Level 2 - Junior Level

Location: Fort Worth TX

What You Will Be Doing
Lockheed Martin Aeronautics in Fort Worth Texas is seeking a full-time Property Management professional to support our Finance and Business Operations this role you will be responsible for ensuring the effective accountability control compliance and stewardship of company government and customer property throughout its lifecycle. You will work closely with customers government agencies suppliers and internal stakeholders to maintain compliance with contractual regulatory and corporate requirements while supporting business operations and property management processes.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform property control analysis activities to ensure continual accountability of company government or associate contractor property in accordance with applicable corporate policies customer requirements and government regulations.

- Manage property accountability through a system of controls covering all phases of the property lifecycle from Acquisition through Disposition.

- Interact with customers federal oversight agencies and internal personnel to investigate analyze and resolve regulatory compliance issues.

- Coordinate and conduct internal and external property assessments and analyze assessment results as assigned.

- Provide guidance to suppliers and interact with them to ensure adequate control and accountability of company and customer property in their possession.

- Support property-related matters both pre- and post-contract award by identifying risks addressing unique contractual requirements and providing support during contract performance and applicable closeout activities.

- Apply working knowledge and comprehension of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and supplements contract requirements Standards for the Guiding Principles of Property Management and Cost Accounting Standards (CAS) related to property acquisition utilization and disposition.

- Ensure compliance of major business systems and processes required to conduct business with domestic and international entities.

- Provide guidance and training to company personnel on business system processes interpretation of applicable laws and regulations and compliance requirements as required.
