Job Description

• Prepare monthly financial statements for assigned property portfolios.
• Complete monthly quarterly and annual financial schedules.
• Process owner funding requests and distribution requests.
• Manage mortgage wire transfers and ACH transactions.
• Perform monthly bank reconciliations and account analysis.
• Assist with annual audits and financial reporting requirements.
• Ensure financial records are accurate timely and compliant.
• Partner with internal teams to resolve accounting issues and improve processes.
• Utilize property management and accounting software to support daily operations.
• Contribute to special projects and additional accounting responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications

• 3 years of property accounting experience in multifamily real estate.
• Bachelors degree in Accounting preferred.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
• Experience with property management software such as Yardi MRI RealPage or TOPS.
• Excellent organizational analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team.
