Propane Specialist FT

Sign On Bonus: This position may be eligible for a sign-on Propane Specialist is responsible for the safe and timely delivery of propane to our customers. The Propane Specialist will deliver load and unload propane while providing exceptional customer service. Our Propane Specialist are also accountable for upholding the highest standards for safety in the delivery and handling of propane and for conducting regular vehicle inspections and youll do:Transfer collect load and deliver propane products to and from containers (bulk truck tanks and/or cylinders) for customers. Initiate and conduct the asset verification process. Collect customer signatures/stamps and payments for deposit if necessary. Offer customer brochures with basic price lists and a contact number. Maintain a clean and organized technology where available to: Monitor and track the transfer of propane inventory tank levels and container sizing; accurately record and print delivery tickets for customers for product delivered; accurately complete and submit daily driver reports where equipment to the highest level of safety standards reporting any mechanical issues to the Fleet Manager/Dispatcher. Conduct and if applicable document pre and post vehicle inspections site inspections and visual tank with the Dispatcher frequently for routing and scheduling information. Notify the Dispatcher of any product customer routing scheduling or safety issues immediately to obtain their guidance and instruction on how to resolve the issue or Propane tank installations in a timely manner ensuring compliance with all state/local codes and safety policies. Identify and correct any leaks from the tank to equipment connection. Respond to customer emergencies as needed. Complete tank inspections and repairs at customer locations. Perform tank maintenance on spare tanks in preparation of other job duties as you bring:High school diploma or equivalentCDL Class A or B Tanker & Hazmat EndorsementsClean drivers abstractUp-to-date DOT medical certificationWillingness to rotate on call status during evenings and weekends as Authorization to work in the US is required. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas now or in the future for this job Transparency:The hourly rate for this position is $26.00 - $30.00 per hour with flexibility for highly qualified candidates based on industry experience CDL/Hazmat endorsements and technical expertise.
