Propane Driver Seasonal

The Propane Delivery Driver is responsible for the safe and timely delivery of propane to our customers. The Delivery Driver will deliver load and unload propane while providing exceptional customer service. Our Delivery Drivers are also accountable for upholding the highest standards for safety in the delivery and handling of propane and for conducting regular vehicle inspections and youll do: Transfer collect load and deliver propane product to and from containers (bulk truck tanks and/or cylinders) for a clean and organized technology where available to: Monitor and track the transfer of propane inventory tank levels and container sizing; accurately record and print delivery tickets for customers for product delivered; accurately complete and submit daily driver report where equipment to the highest level of safety standards reporting any mechanical issues to the Fleet Manager/Dispatcher. Conduct and if applicable document pre and post vehicle inspections site inspections and visual tank with the Dispatcher frequently for routing and scheduling information. Notify the dispatcher of any product customer routing scheduling or safety issues immediately to obtain their guidance and instruction on how to resolve the issue or may be required to work overtime hours when business needs require duties as you bring:High School Diploma/GEDMinimum of 1 year delivery driver experience preferredCDL Class A or B Tanker and Hazmat endorsement preferredCurrent DOT medical certificationLegal Authorization to work in the US is required. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas now or in the future for this job Position:We offer multiple work rotations based on operational needs and employee preference:8 months on / 4 months off9 months on / 3 months offDuring your active season youll play a critical role in delivering propane and supporting customers throughout highdemand winter months. Offseason periods provide extended time away from work between active to Expect:Consistent full-time hours during peak heating season and opportunities for overtimeOpportunity to return each season based on performance and business needsHands-on role supporting residential and commercial propane customersSchedule selection will be finalized during the hiring process based on business demand and candidate Transparency:The hourly rate ranges from $20.00 - $30.00 with flexibility for highly qualified candidates based on industry experience CDL/Hazmat endorsements and technical note the compensation information shown above is a general guideline only.
