Initial placement within the salary range is based on an individuals relevant knowledge skills and experience. • Lead a lively promotions teamcoaching cheering and championing their growth every day.
• Orchestrate promotions and events from start to finish ensuring everything runs smoothly and surprises (the good kind) land just right.
• Juggle a fastpaced workload like a proprioritizing problemsolving and keeping the energy high.
• Become a master of systems and tools picking up new tech faster than most people pick a playlist.
• Team up with the Advertising Administrator on everything from website glowups to photo shoots to social media fun.
• Embrace a flexible schedulebecause the best events dont always happen 9 to 5.

• Two (2) years of related experience in a Leadership role required preferably as a manager supervisor or trainer; preferably in Marketing special events/promotions or related industry. Associates Degree (A.A) in Marketing or related area; or equivalent combination of education and experience is preferred.
• Must have excellent verbal written and interpersonal skills.
• Must have technical proficiency and knowledge in Microsoft Applications (Word Excel and Outlook)
• Must have demonstrated ability to drive toward results.
• Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers clients customers and the general public.
• Must have the ability to interact with guests staff and colleagues and resolve problems and conflicts in a diplomatic and tactful manner.
