Quanta Infrastructure Solutions Group LLC (QISG) is a Quanta Services Inc. company (NYSE: PWR). This Projects Contracts Manager position is based in QISGs Scottsdale office and will be responsible for assisting with the processing and tracking workflows around customer contracts and subcontracts (including joint ventures) for large-scale Engineering Procurement and Construction (EPC) and other complex infrastructure projects from the proposal stage through completion of the project execution phase.
Job title and compensation will be dependent upon level of relevant experience and qualifications.
- Work closely with the field and project management teams to ensure successful delivery of the project.
- Support project management teams by providing guidance on contractual requirements and impacts on project operations.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for project management teams on subcontract needs.
- Assist legal department with contract template selection and deviations from approved forms and assist with populating contract templates with appropriate project and third-party information and distribute to internal stakeholders and third-party partners for their review and comment.
- Review contracts and subcontracts to ensure adherence to risk mitigation requirements.
- Serve as an extension of the legal department by scheduling and coordinating contract-related meetings assigning action items and maintaining a comprehensive contract database tracking key terms deadlines obligations and other relevant details (e.g. notice requirements
- milestones liquidated damages triggers etc.) to ensure proper risk mitigation and timely project completion.
- Track subcontractor licensing permits and project-related compliance documents and submittals (e.g. prevailing wage certified payroll disadvantaged business enterprise spend reporting insurance etc.) throughout project execution.
- Track lessons learned for contract management.
- Collaborate with legal department and operational leads to drive resolution of contractual disputes including assisting with negotiating any delay and/or cost settlement agreements.
- Track organize and save documents in appropriate file locations.
- Collaborate with risk management and treasury teams on bonding letters of credit and other performance securities matters.
- Review and verify terms of certificates of insurance received from subcontractors and other third parties.
- Review and verify lien waivers and assist with invoicing as needed.
- Perform special projects and complete other duties as assigned or requested.

- Bachelors degree or equivalent; related work experience may be substituted.
- 5 years of contracts experience in the construction/services industry required with a focus on contracts and subcontracts management.
- Experience related to Engineering Procurement and Construction (EPC) projects required and experience in the electric power industries (transmission and distribution) strongly preferred.
- Experience with government / public works contracting and subcontracting a plus.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (familiarity with Procore contract redlining tools (e.g. Litera) JDE or similar enterprise resource planning systems and AI tools also preferred).
- Superior organizational skills and attention to -starter who can work independently with little direction while supporting the needs of the team.
- Excellent communication skills (both written and vebal).
- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrated ability to multitask.
- Effective time management skills.
