Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Program Manager with a strong background in Healthcare and proven expertise in technical delivery leadership. The ideal candidate will drive end-to-end project execution ensuring timely delivery quality outcomes and alignment with business goals within healthcare environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage healthcare IT projects from initiation to delivery
- Act as Technical Delivery Lead ensuring seamless coordination between engineering product and stakeholders
- Oversee project planning execution risk management and reporting
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and compliant healthcare solutions
- Ensure adherence to healthcare regulations and standards (e.g. HIPAA)
- Manage client communication expectations and stakeholder engagement
Requirements:
- 7 years of experience in Program Management with strong healthcare domain expertise
- Proven experience as a Technical Delivery Lead or similar role
- Strong understanding of healthcare systems workflows and compliance
- Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Excellent communication leadership and stakeholder management skills
