**Job Title:** Project/Program Manager - Non IT **Location:** Florence South Carolina **Job Type:** Contractor **Job Description:** The main function of a program manager is to oversee and coordinate multiple related projects within an organization to ensure they align with the companys strategic goals and deliver beneficial change. A typical program manager is responsible for managing the programs budget timeline resources staff and delivering expected business value and outcomes. **Job Responsibilities:** - Develop and implement program strategies objectives and metrics to achieve business goals. - Oversee the planning execution and integration of multiple projects within the program. - Coordinate cross-project activities and facilitate collaboration across functional teams. - Manage and allocate program resources and budget ensuring cost-effectiveness. - Identify monitor and manage program risks and issues developing contingency plans when needed. - Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide updates gather feedback and align expectations. **Skills:** - Strong leadership and strategic thinking with proven project/program management abilities. - Proficiency in program and project management tools (e.g. MS Project JIRA Asana). - Extensive familiarity with management and implementation of business strategy within a programs framework. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. - Ability to manage complex portfolios and navigate organizational change effectively. - Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and standards pertinent to the programs scope. **Education/Experience:** - Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field. - PMP or PMI certification. - 0-2 years of experience.
