Shift: 1st - with occasional OT required

We are looking for you to:

  • Lead and manage a team of Utility Technicians overseeing light maintenance tasks and facility project work.
  • Interview hire and train team members ensuring they meet performance and safety standards.
  • Schedule and assign daily work tasks coordinating projects and maintenance activities to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Supervise and perform light maintenance tasks including equipment inspections repairs and preventive maintenance.
  • Ensure facility cleanliness and organization including removing debris empty pallets and maintaining clear aisles.
  • Assist with project work such as facility upgrades installations and general maintenance projects.
  • Monitor and enforce safety procedures ensuring the team follows all health and safety regulations.
  • Maintain records of maintenance activities inspections and team performance.
  • Collaborate with other departments to support the production line and address any facility-related needs.
  • Adhering to health and safety regulations


Qualifications

You will have:

  • 2-5 years of supervisory experience in the warehouse industry
  • Strong carpentry andpainting skills
  • Proven ability to manage and motivate a team ensuring high standards of performance and safety.
  • Experience overseeing maintenance and project work in a manufacturing facility.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in operating forklifts and other material-handling equipment.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills with a focus on training and development.
  • Basic computer skills for managing schedules records and reporting.
  • Bilingual - English/Spanish strongly preferred.
