As a key member of our Package Testing team youll manage projects from kickoff through final reporting ensuring clients receive accurate timely and value-driven results.

• Coordinating multiple testing projects simultaneously
• Partnering with clients and internal teams to define project scope and expectations
• Scheduling and executing laboratory testing activities
• Operating specialized testing equipment and collecting technical data
• Creating client-facing reports and documentation
• Managing project timelines and laboratory resources
• Supporting shipping receiving and facility operations
• Performing equipment maintenance and organization activities
• Identifying opportunities to enhance client satisfaction and future business
• Working safely in a fast-paced laboratory environment including forklift operation

• Comfortable with hands-on laboratory and testing activities
• Able to interpret data and solve practical problems
• Detail-oriented with strong documentation skills

• Excels at managing multiple priorities
• Communicates professionally with clients and teammates
• Delivers quality work on time

• Enjoys working across teams
• Takes initiative and follows through on commitments
• Maintains a positive attitude while helping others succeed

• Associate degree or 2-year technical college degree

• Hands-on technical or laboratory experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word Excel Outlook Teams)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience managing projects schedules or operational workflows
• Forklift experience or willingness to obtain certification
• Ability to create clear customer-facing reports and documentation
