What Youll Do
As a key member of our Package Testing team youll manage projects from kickoff through final reporting ensuring clients receive accurate timely and value-driven results.
Your Impact Will Include:
- Coordinating multiple testing projects simultaneously
- Partnering with clients and internal teams to define project scope and expectations
- Scheduling and executing laboratory testing activities
- Operating specialized testing equipment and collecting technical data
- Creating client-facing reports and documentation
- Managing project timelines and laboratory resources
- Supporting shipping receiving and facility operations
- Performing equipment maintenance and organization activities
- Identifying opportunities to enhance client satisfaction and future business
- Working safely in a fast-paced laboratory environment including forklift operation

Qualifications
Preferred:
- Associate degree or 2-year technical college degree
Skills & Experience:
- Hands-on technical or laboratory experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word Excel Outlook Teams)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience managing projects schedules or operational workflows
- Forklift experience or willingness to obtain certification
- Ability to create clear customer-facing reports and documentation
