Job Summary
We are seeking a Project Technician to join our team for the summer.
Responsibilities:
Device Deployment & Logistics: Prepare and deploy laptops Chromebooks tablets carts and peripherals.
Hardware & System Support: Perform device imaging hardware swaps and general inventory support.
Technical Troubleshooting: Provide break/fix assistance and resolve basic hardware software network and account issues.
Documentation: Track and document all work performed in ticketing and asset management systems.
Project Collaboration: Work closely with project leads service desk staff and warehouse teams to support large-scale technology initiatives.
Stakeholder Communication: Maintain clear and professional communication with staff students and end users to ensure projects remain on schedule.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Technical Competency: Basic technical troubleshooting skills and experience with device deployment.
Process Adherence: Strong ability to follow documented processes and procedures accurately.
Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy regarding inventory and technical documentation.
Communication & Rapport: Strong customer-service focus with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse groups.
Professionalism: Dependable organized and capable of maintaining a professional demeanor in a fast-paced environment.
Mobility: Willingness and ability to travel between work sites as needed.
