Project Supervisor

TheProject Supervisortakes responsibility for managing small to mid-sized projects within the Power System Solutions group. Working alongside internal and external stakeholders this role leads project planning execution and customer interaction ensuring that customer needs are met and that projects are completed on time and within scope.

Hours:

8:00 am 5:00 pm (Monday-Friday) Hybrid. This role can also be based in the West Palm Beach FL area.

The estimated annual base salary range for this position is $79780- $105713. Individual pay within this salary range is determined by several compensable factors including performance knowledge job-related skills and experience and relevant education or training. This role is also eligible for S&Cs annual incentive plan (AIP) subject to eligibility criteria.

Essential Functions:

• Support pre-project preparation including the analysis design budgetcommunicationand assess projectdesignresource capabilities and needs.

• Create andmaintainproject plans and other documentation defining projectobjectives scope deliverables resource allocation roles and responsibilities budget timelines and quality gates for each project phase

• Manage and support PSS projects end-to-end using various project management tools including Microsoft Project Excelgantcharts and other systems/software. .

• Schedule and/orparticipateactively in projectmeetingstaking detailednotes andupdating project plans/trackers to ensure efficient follow-up and execution of actions.

• Monitor project risks and recommend risk mitigations strategies and contingency plans to keep projectstrackingtoexpected outcomes.

• Support the overall information flow of project information and decision points communicating effectively with key team members and partners.

• Understand project success metrics and track project status budget and delivery advising of delays and revised delivery dates or costs asrequired.

• Measure project outcomes and analyze data to assess the projects impacton anddelivery to the customer.

• Support the delivery of status updates and reports to customers project teams leaders and third parties at an agreed upon cadence creating decks and other project materials asneeded.t.

• Understand andcomply withall applicable Company policies and rules.

RequiredExperience:

• 3 years of Project Management experience in a customer-facing role within a construction or other engineering-related industry.

• Sound knowledge of anddemonstratedexperience applying project management principles to manageaportfolioof moderately complex projects to successful delivery.

• Good technologyproficiencyincluding experience using project management tools such as Microsoft ProjectAsanaor similar project management systems.

• Rounded project management skillsincludingthe ability to create detailed project plans define scopeestablishtimelines/milestones and manage project finances and budgets.

• Sound customer service orientation ensuring satisfaction of customers and consistent communication throughout projects.

• Solid time management and organizational skills coordinating internal and external resources creative problem-solving when obstacles arise prioritizing tasks managing multipledeadlinesand keeping others organized.

• Good interpersonal skills toestablishprofessional relationships built on mutual trust and respect foster a shared sense of purpose in project teams navigate and resolve conflict moderate behaviors and foster collaborative working relationships across a diverse PSS team and cross-functional project teams.

• Great communicationskills (written verbal listening and presentation) able to liaise with internal and external stakeholders and presentregardingproject progress and risks.

• Business acumencriticalthinkingand analytical skills with the ability to use and analyze data to drive informed decisions problem-solve issuesand leverage data and learnings to support continuous improvement.

• The ability to travelasrequiredto project and/or customer sites.

• Experience within the electrical power industry withparticular knowledgeof medium and high voltage equipment andinstallation processes.

RequiredEducation:

• Bachelors degree in Project Management Business Engineering a related field or equivalent experience.

Preferred

• Project Management Professional (PMP)

Physical Requirements:

• Handling:Frequent use of a computer keyboard and mouse.
• Environment:Work performed in a regular office environment within a manufacturing facility. Occasionally projects will require on site work at utility substations utility transmission or distribution systems C&I facilities and/or government facilities.
