Skillforce has teamed up with a fast growing developer to find a Project Superintendent Luxury Custom Homes. This person will be working on projects around Buford GA Athens GA and Atlanta area.

Project Superintendent Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: Up to $100000
• Truck allowance

Project Superintendent Key Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day field operations of luxury custom home construction projects.
• Coordinate and supervise all subcontractors vendors and field personnel.
• Develop maintain and manage project schedules to ensure timely completion of work.
• Review construction plans specifications and project documents to ensure accuracy and constructability.
• Ensure all work is performed in accordance with approved plans specifications quality standards and applicable building codes.
• Maintain a safe clean and organized job site while enforcing company safety policies and procedures.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor quality progress and compliance with project requirements.
• Coordinate inspections with local building officials and regulatory agencies.
• Identify and resolve field issues proactively to minimize delays and maintain project momentum.
• Communicate project progress schedule updates and potential concerns to the VP of Construction and project team.
• Verify material deliveries and coordinate with purchasing to ensure timely procurement of materials and equipment.
• Maintain accurate project documentation daily reports and field records.
• Foster positive working relationships with clients architects designers consultants and trade partners.

Project Superintendent Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Superintendent managing high-end residential or luxury custom home projects.
• Strong knowledge of residential construction methods building systems and construction sequencing.
• OSHA 10-hour (or willing to get it).
• GA GSWCC Level 1A (or willing to get it).
• Thorough understanding of local state and national building codes.
• Proven ability to read and interpret architectural drawings specifications and construction documents.
