Note:Must have 3 years of heavy highway site development and field construction experience. Knowledge of asphalt concrete grading and underground utilities is preferred.

Job Description

  • Develop and implement schedules and work plans for assigned projects
  • Communicate with customers and project team members to coordinate schedules project changes and resolve issues
  • Direct field personnel to ensure compliance with drawings specifications and project schedules
  • Ensure project documentation and quantity reporting are accurate and complete
  • Develop submittals change orders and pay requests as assigned
  • Resolve construction challenges collaboratively and proactively
  • Review and evaluate daily project costs timesheets truck usage and equipment utilization
  • Monitor employee compliance with safety programs and ensure corrective actions are implemented
  • Coordinate with Quality Control Equipment and other departments to ensure materials inspections and equipment are available when needed

Qualifications

  • 3 years of experience in heavy highway civil and site development projects (required)
  • Experience with asphalt concrete grading and underground utility work preferred
  • Strong quantitative analytical and organizational skills
  • Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced high-pressure environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Excellent problem-solving written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while leading field operations
