Job Description
Entry Level Project Specialist who is responsible for working with Project Managers and project teams to ensure successful project execution and delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Assist primary project managers in reporting and organizational duties of large scale fast paced nationwide projects
- Correspond with project managers daily to provide support for their roles
- Coordinate tasks related to new job records and purchase orders
- Maintain and update company databases/trackers
- Coordination and tracking of POs submittals and complete project close-out tasks
- Monitor and track project dates and deadlines
- Scan fax and print documents for project manager
Qualifications:
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Demonstrate the ability to be organized work on multiple projects and meet stringent deadlines by setting priorities to achieve project goals
- Proven ability to work efficiently and independently
- Sustain a balance of quick but accurate work completion (attention to detail is imperative)
- Ability to prepare clear and concise status updates and reports as required
- Proficient with G Suite (Excel expertise required)
- Knowledge of MS Office and related programs
- Have outstanding organizational and strong follow-through skills
- Maintain confidentiality of corporate client and other TEP business related information
- 1 to 3 years of experience in the telecom industry preferred but not required
- Must have High school diploma or equivalent
