Your Responsibilities as a Scientist 2 - Project Scientist:

• Collect soil waterand/orairmediautilizingdifferent sampling techniques.
• Gather analyze and interpret data.
• Assistwith due diligence (ASTM Phase I) projects.
• Assist withConnecticut Remediation Standard Regulations (RSR) Release Base Cleanup Regulations (RBCRs)and Property TransferProgram-based reports including but not limitedtoCompletion of Investigations Remedial Action PlansVerifications Status Reports.
• Actively develop your own career growthwith opportunities toassistwithfieldand reportingtasks.
• Work directly withstaffand management-level team memberswith field and reporting responsibilities.

What were looking for:

• BS in Geology Hydrogeology Environmental Science orotherrelated field.
• 2 years of experience with environmental field sampling data collection and familiarity of CTDEEP regulatory reporting.
• The ability to successfully multi-task safety awareness and a good record and understanding of safe work practices.
• 40-hour HAZWOPER certification preferred.
• Light construction experience/hands-on skillsa plus.
• Valid drivers licensegood drivinghistoryand reliable transportationarerequired.
• Strong communicationskills.
• Proficiencywith Microsoft Office suite.
