Project Scheduler

POSITION SUMMARY

The Project Scheduler is responsible for developing maintaining and analyzing project schedules across Vertiv Infrastructure Solutions programs. This role partners closely with Program Managers Solutions Architects Engineering Procurement and Manufacturing to ensure schedule accuracy risk visibility and proactive timeline management.

The scheduler supports both proposalstage preliminary schedules and fully detailed execution schedules ensuring alignment with project scope and customer commitments.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Createmonitor and analyze project schedulesin accordance withstandard of best project practice.
• Track analyze and report information appropriately to allow the project teams to manage their projects and evaluate weekly reports.
• Ensure accuracy of project schedules performed version controlidentifypotential project scheduledelaysandfacilitatinginterventionin a timely manner.
• Prepare implement andmonitorscopes of work using Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) for control and integrity.
• Monitor projects progress includingidentifyingcritical activities and reviewing forecasts and progress achieved to date. Recommend actions to keepprojecton track and within budget.
• Maintainproject risk register to ensure that risks are effectively managed to minimize their impact on schedule scope and budget of projects.
• Track baselines perform what-if analysis and develop contingency plans.
• Perform coordination of cross-functional departments toidentifyproject issuesmonitoraction items and work with the project manager to ensure resolution.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelors degree in business Financial or Project Management.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing data center construction or EPC.
• Advanced use of MS Project Primavera P6 or other scheduling tools.
• Intermediate proficiency in EcoSys Oracle or other ERP systems.
• Proficiency with construction tools such as Procore.
• A plus if you have adeep understanding of modular and prefabricated construction methods industrialscale piping and power systems and complex manufacturing workflows.
