This role is responsible for developing maintaining and analyzing project schedules in support of complex infrastructure projects including transmission & distribution line substation and/or telecommunication projects. The Project Scheduler works closely with project managers engineers and other stakeholders to communicate technical schedule progress and ensure project controls deliverables meet quality standards.

• Develop update and maintain level 1 to level 2 schedules in Oracle Primavera P6
• Create Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) activities and activity codes
• Develop and maintain resource-loaded schedules
• Utilize constraints lags and leads effectively
• Generate reports layouts and filters in Oracle Primavera P6
• Identify schedule drivers delays and opportunities
• Responsible for performing quality checks and inspections on project controls deliverables
• Ability to communicate and understand technical progress of project schedules with project managers engineers and other stakeholders regarding transmission & distribution line substation and/or telecommunication projects
• Ability to integrate and analyze schedule data and information from other sources in Excel via formulas pivot tables macros Power Query Power BI etc.
• Identify logic errors sequencing issues or incorrect durations
• Identify schedule risks and propose mitigation issues
• Ability to handle multiple schedules across different projects

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Bachelors degree in engineering construction management or business administration from an accredited program

• Minimum 3 years of related experience
