Job Summary

TheProjectScheduler independently manages medium to large and complex project schedulesand provides advanced analysis forecasting and reporting to support both internal stakeholders and client role requires hands-on experience with Primavera P6or Microsoft Projectandunderstanding of the fullproject lifecycle.
Responsibilities
  • Lead the development maintenance and status updates of project schedules using Primavera P6or Microsoft Project.
  • Develop and manage summary and detailedprojectschedules formid-tolarge-scaleandmultiple concurrent projects.

  • Interpret contract requirements and ensure proper integration of scheduling deliverables.

  • Track progress against baseline schedulesidentifycritical paths and analyze variances and delays.

  • Develop and present schedule status reports dashboards and narratives for internal and client-facing audiences.

  • Conduct what-if analysestime impactstudies and recovery plan evaluations.

  • Ensure compliance with scheduling best practices and delivery method standards including design/build projects.

  • Collaborate with project managers engineers and construction professionals to gather schedule data and status updates.

  • Attend and participate in project meetings and site visits to validatescheduleaccuracy and progress.

  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree in engineering construction management orrelatedfield.

  • 5 years of hands-on experience in project scheduling and controls within the construction or engineering industriespharmaceuticalexperience preferred.

  • Advancedproficiencyin Oracle Primavera P6or Microsoft Projectand relatedreporting tools.NetPointexperience a plus.

  • Strong analytical communication and presentation skills.

  • Experience reviewing and analyzing schedules from general contractors.

  • Understanding ofconstruction lifecycles and design/build delivery methods preferred.

  • Equivalent combinations of education experience and training may be substituted for the stated minimum qualifications.

$102409 - $120330 a year
The salary range for this position is $102409 - $120330.
A hired employee will be placed within this salary range based on a variety of legitimate business reasons including but not limited to the individuals scope of relevant experience and geographic location.
Additional Requirements
Physical: Standing or sitting for long periods; must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times and spend extended hours in front of a computer screen.
Cognitive: Problem-solving written and verbal communication skills; computer and software skills; and ability to read and interpret text online or in printed form.
