Job Summary

Intern Rebound PROSSeeking counseling intern for Comprehensive PROS Program. This is a great opportunity to develop counseling abilities and strengthen group facilitation skills. Responsibilities may include developing group curriculums facilitating various groups administering assessments inventories; and engaging program participants to PROS services. The intern will also have opportunity to develop knowledge of MH community resources within the Functions:Describe the intrinsic job duties that define the core responsibilities of the job. Facilitate weekly groupsMaintain caseload of 3 5 participants with goal setting development of skills that align with their stated desires or goals. Provide outreach to members including crisis intervention/prevention as all participant contacts and services provided (daily) in electronic health record in a timely monthly contact with other community mental health treatment/service providers for participants on participant updates with PROS team as necessaryParticipate in staff meetingsstaff meetings and participant case conferences to strategize team brainstorming activities and provide input on an ongoing tasksStudent will have unsupervised contact with clientsMaintain participant confidentiality in accordance with HIPPA other duties as assigned by Program Director or other Administrative Job Requirements:Describe the skills knowledge and abilities required. Include minimum educational and experience requirements and in an accredited Masters verbal and written communication skills; and strong interpersonal skills. Must be a team player and demonstrate a willingness to be flexible creative and of MS Office Suite (word Excel Outlook).#IND2
