Job Summary
Play a central role in keeping our projects and operations running smoothly. Youll support the financial and project workflows that help deliver land development projects across our Mid-Atlantic offices.
About the Role
Bohlers Herndon VA office is seeking a Project Operations Administrator who thrives in a fast-paced team-oriented this role youll support project teams by managing data tracking financial workflows and ensuring accuracy across project systems with a strong focus on the accounts payable side of operations.
What Youll Do
- Own the day-to-day management of project data in Vantagepoint and Birdview supporting projects from initial setup through execution
- Keep project records up to date by managing firm contact and opportunity information with a high level of accuracy
- Maintain contract and financial data in Vantagepoint and Birdview including budgets addendums and overall project status
- Support contract execution by processing required forms and ensuring updates are reflected in project systems
- Track and manage change orders and budget updates to keep project information accurate and aligned
- Monitor contract progress and document status helping ensure timely execution and visibility across teams
- Partner with Project Managers and Senior Project Managers to review project status and ensure information is current
- Provide regular updates to team leadership on contract status risks and potential issues
- Maintain organized project documentation and ensure compliance with company policies and standards

What Youll Bring
- High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelors degree preferred
- Experience with accounts payable invoicing or financial processing
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and tracking
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office especially Excel
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Experience in civil engineering land development or professional services environments preferred
