In this role youll:
Play a key role in supporting the delivery of projects and operational priorities that contribute to positive outcomes for customers and communities across NSW.
Working in a collaborative environment you will provide project coordination administrative and stakeholder support to ensure projects are delivered efficiently effectively and in line with established project management methodologies.
You will be a trusted team member who can manage competing priorities maintain strong relationships and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Provide project and operational support by monitoring deliverables and milestones to ensure time cost and quality indicators are in line with approved project plans.
Triage and assign incoming data requests and ensure customer requests are responded to appropriately.
Update and collate documentation and records relating to issues policies and practices to ensure project delivery complies with project management methodology.
Assist the team by providing a range of administrative services such as meeting coordination agenda preparation and the collation of meeting documentation to support program management delivery.
Communicate with relevant stakeholders to provide updates on project status and implementation issues.
Contribute to director and team member effectiveness by identifying prioritising and determining the urgency of critical issues requiring attention and support.
Work cooperatively with stakeholders support continuous improvement and demonstrate a growth mind1set by contributing and testing ideas for improved work practices to support the delivery of project objectives.
Demonstrate Transport for NSW cultural values and behaviours to deliver optimal outcomes for our customers our people and our communities.
This is a permanent full time position based in Orange NSW (this position can be based out of TfNSW regional offices by agreement). Flexible work options are available.

About you
You are a proactive and organised project professional with strong stakeholder engagement and administrative capabilities. You enjoy working in a fast-paced environment can manage multiple priorities and are comfortable supporting a range of project activities from coordination and reporting through to stakeholder communication. You bring a positive solutions-focused mindset and are committed to delivering quality outcomes while building productive working relationships.
Demonstrated experience supporting project delivery project coordination or program administration activities.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to plan prioritise and manage competing deadlines.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to build effective relationships and engage confidently with a range of stakeholders.
Experience preparing reports briefs presentations and other project documentation.
Well-developed problem-solving research and analytical skills with the ability to present information clearly and logically.
Proficiency using Microsoft Office applications and other corporate systems and project management tools SmartyGrants highly regarded.
Finance experience highly regarded
Ability to work collaboratively across teams while also taking initiative and ownership of tasks.
Appropriate tertiary qualifications or equivalent relevant professional experience.
Demonstrated resilience adaptability and the ability to respond effectively in changing environments.
