H2Ms Mechanical Engineering team delivers innovative highperformance HVAC design and consulting services across a wide range of building types and markets. Our engineers apply strong technical expertise from concept through construction to create efficient reliable and costeffective mechanical systems that enhance building performance and occupant comfort. With experience spanning real estate education municipal emergency services industrial pharmaceutical and manufacturing projects we provide solutions tailored to each clients operational and environmental needs. As a Project Mechanical Engineer you will be working with architects civil engineers and environmental scientists to execute mechanical engineering design work for both public and private clients. You will also coordinate the efforts of both in-house and outside teams who handle equipment selection layout design and load calculations and ResponsibilitiesProject supervision and coordination with other engineering and architecture departments within the of construction drawings and specifications for public and private communication and follow up with clients in support and coordination of all project related leadership production and scheduling quality control and cost for the on-time on budget and high quality technical delivery of all project ofjunior level other duties as & QualificationsMinimum 5 to 7 years of HVAC design experience and at least 3 years of project management experience in a consulting firm or related Degree in Mechanical Engineer license preferred. Experience with local municipalities government agencies a plus. Must have demonstrated technical leadership experience overseeing a project and working with clients. Ability to mentor/supervise junior level to work independently and in a team environment. Excellent oral and written communication salary for this role is $88000 to $130000 employment offer may deviate from this published range based on a variety of factors including but not limited toexperience specialty knowledge education geography and/or related certifications not related to any applicants characteristics protected by local state or federal law.
