Compensation
Annual salary range: $120000 $150000 (USD) plus a competitive benefits package.
DaytoDay Duties
- Lead project planning coordination and execution from concept through final closeout.
- Develop detailed cost estimates budgets and schedules for new projects and change orders.
- Collaborate with architects engineers subcontractors and clients to define accurate scope of work.
- Perform risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
- Prepare and present bid packages negotiate contracts and secure subcontractor agreements.
- Monitor project progress track expenses and report performance metrics to senior leadership.
- Ensure compliance with local state and federal regulations including safety standards.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation (drawings specifications change orders invoices).
- Mentor junior staff and contribute to the continuous improvement of estimating processes.
MustHaves (Essential Qualifications)
- Bachelors degree in Construction Management Civil Engineering Architecture or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Professional certification such as PMP CPM or Certified Estimator preferred.
- 36 years of experience in construction project management and cost estimating.
- Proficiency with estimating software (e.g. Procore Sage Estimating) and projectmanagement tools.
- Strong analytical organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings specifications and contracts.
- Excellent negotiation and clientinteraction capabilities.

- Experience working in the California construction market.
- Demonstrated track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Experience managing multidisciplinary teams and coordinating with subcontractors.
- Familiarity with local building codes permitting processes and labor regulations.
- Additional certifications or training in sustainable building practices (LEED Green Building).
