Annual salary range: $120000 $150000 (USD) plus a competitive benefits package.

• Lead project planning coordination and execution from concept through final closeout.
• Develop detailed cost estimates budgets and schedules for new projects and change orders.
• Collaborate with architects engineers subcontractors and clients to define accurate scope of work.
• Perform risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
• Prepare and present bid packages negotiate contracts and secure subcontractor agreements.
• Monitor project progress track expenses and report performance metrics to senior leadership.
• Ensure compliance with local state and federal regulations including safety standards.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation (drawings specifications change orders invoices).
• Mentor junior staff and contribute to the continuous improvement of estimating processes.

• Bachelors degree in Construction Management Civil Engineering Architecture or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Professional certification such as PMP CPM or Certified Estimator preferred.
• 36 years of experience in construction project management and cost estimating.
• Proficiency with estimating software (e.g. Procore Sage Estimating) and projectmanagement tools.
• Strong analytical organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings specifications and contracts.
• Excellent negotiation and clientinteraction capabilities.

• Experience working in the California construction market.
• Demonstrated track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Experience managing multidisciplinary teams and coordinating with subcontractors.
• Familiarity with local building codes permitting processes and labor regulations.
• Additional certifications or training in sustainable building practices (LEED Green Building).
