Project Manager

Staab Construction is a leading heavy civil contractor specializing in the construction of water and wastewater treatment facilities pumping stations and related infrastructure. Through our Building Mechanical and Earthwok divisions we deliver complex projects that serve communities and industries throughout the region.

We are seeking a Project Manager to lead the planning execution and successful delivery of construction projects. This role is responsible for managing projects from award through closeout while ensuring safety quality schedule budget and client satisfaction objectives are achieved.

What Youll Do

• Manage construction projects from contract award through final completion.
• Develop and manage project budgets schedules forecasts and financial performance.
• Coordinate project activities with owners engineers subcontractors suppliers and field personnel.
• Oversee procurement submittals change orders project documentation and contract administration.
• Provide safety leadership and support successful project execution through effective resource management and team coordination.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships while identifying opportunities for future work.

What Were Looking For

• Bachelors degree in Construction Management Engineering or a related field; equivalent experience will be considered.
• Experience managing commercial industrial municipal earthwork building or mechanical construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods scheduling budgeting job costing and contract administration.
• Excellent leadership communication organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction/project management software.
• Valid drivers license and ability to travel to project sites as needed.

Preferred Experience

• Water and wastewater treatment facilities pumping stations or related infrastructure projects.
• Design-build and negotiated construction projects.
• Self-perform construction operations.
• Procore Viewpoint Primavera P6 Microsoft Project or similar software.
• OSHA training or other construction-related certifications

Work Hours

• Monday thru Friday or as needed to satisfy internal & external customers.
• Office locations in Marshfield WI and Wausau WI
