Project Manager 

The Project Manager is responsible for planning coordinating and managing complex federal projects that support enterprise modernization civil engineering operations real property management data analytics and mission support initiatives. The Project Manager oversees project execution resource allocation stakeholder engagement risk management and delivery performance to ensure successful achievement of program objectives. 

Key Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day execution of assigned projects and task orders.
• Develop project plans schedules staffing plans and performance metrics.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering financial analytics and technology professionals.
• Manage project scope risks milestones and deliverables.
• Facilitate customer meetings project reviews and status briefings.
• Monitor contract performance resource utilization and project budgets.
• Ensure compliance with federal regulations policies and contractual requirements.
• Support transition planning quality management and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications :

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelors Degree in Management Engineering Business or related field and 10 years of related experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.
• Minimum 12 years supporting DHS or DoD programs with 8 years supporting Federal Real Property infrastructure facilities or engineering programs.
• Due to the nature of the work U.S. Citizenship required.
• Ability to obtain and maintain Public Trust Clearance.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Common Access Card (CAC).

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP Certification preferred.
• 8 years leading complex federal projects or organizational transformation initiatives.
