• Senior Project Manager for Systems Implementation
• Home-based with regular travel across the USA
• $120000 to $150000 per year

Were seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of complex roadside technology and Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) projects. This role is ideal for candidates with experience in ITS traffic management systems highways technology tolling smart motorways traffic signal systems transportation software connected vehicle technologies or related roadside infrastructure solutions. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing projects throughout the full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) from requirements gathering and planning through development testing deployment and support.

• Lead full lifecycle delivery of complex systems - from requirements and design through to deployment and client handover.
• Manage large-scale multi-site technology implementations and integrations.
• Build and optimise project delivery processes tools and frameworks (e.g. PMIS SOPs reporting).
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering product operations and external stakeholders.
• Act as the primary interface with clients ensuring strong relationships and successful outcomes.
• Drive efficiency and scalability in deployment (reducing timelines improving throughput).
• Oversee project performance including scope budget risk and quality.
• Support business growth through identifying new opportunities and contributing to proposals.

• Proven track record delivering large-scale system or software implementations in the Intelligent Transportation or a similar industry sector.
• Strong background in stakeholder management including working with technical and non-technical teams.
• Experience improving or building project management processes and frameworks.
• Comfortable working in fast-paced high-growth environments.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Data-driven mindset with experience reporting on KPIs and delivery performance
• PMP (or equivalent) certification.
