Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Plumbing Project Manager to lead tenant improvement and commercial construction projects. This role offers an exciting opportunity to oversee complex plumbing systems within large-scale construction initiatives ensuring projects are completed on time within budget and in strict compliance with all safety and regulatory standards. The ideal candidate will bring a proactive leadership style exceptional project management skills and a passion for delivering high-quality results in the construction industry.
Responsibilities
- Manage and execute multiple concurrent commercial plumbing projects
- Bid budget and estimate using proprietary methodology and industry standards
- Monitor field operations crew productivity and manpower
- Manage RFIs SOVs billing and change orders
- Conduct job walks and site visits
- Lead and communicate effectively with field and foreman teams
- Build and maintain relationships across our commercial client base
- Mentor and develop Project Engineers and internal support teams
- Participate in bi-weekly project manager meetings
- Drive project success through technical knowledge and strong leadership
Qualifications
- Demonstrated success managing complex commercial plumbing projects (schedule scope and budget)
- Demonstrated experience in stakeholder management and leading internal teams from kickoff meeting through completion
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to lead mechanical scope discussions with clarity
- Proven ability to build team culture and deliver profitable projects
Compensation
Salary Range:$105000 $165000 annually
