As a Project Manager you will operate as part of our Engineering organization and play a pivotal role in driving innovation enhancing product design and ensuring customer satisfaction. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage engineering projects including overall integrated project plans product cost technical details resource management budgets and tooling investments.
- Collaborate with engineering and product management teams to align customer requirements with internal technical requirements.
- Prepare and conduct weekly standing meetings with internal teams and external vendors/contractors to plan and track deliverables.
- Balance both in-depth details and high-level executive summary regarding project specific requirements.
- Drive continuous improvement of project management tools and methodologies.
- Ensure compliance with applicable legal and or safety standards.
- Embrace and help drive the Lean culture.
Tasks and Qualifications:
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in applicable field.
- Excellent communication skills proficient in English
- Preferred: Recognized project management certificate i.e. CAPM PMP or Prince 2.
- Proven experience with project management.
- ERP System knowledge (SAP preferred)
- Knowledge of product development lifecycles.
- Experience interfacing with cross-functional support teams.
- Experience with utilizing Lean methodologies and root cause analysis.
