Project Manager (Security) Contract to hire onsite

Im working on a high-impact Project Manager opportunity within a top-tier highly regarded investment organization based in Westport CT. The role sits within a Security / Cyber PMO and partners directly with senior leadership including the CSO and CISO to drive execution of critical multi-year initiatives.

This is a strategic high-visibility position focused on:

• Translating leadership vision into clear actionable roadmaps and deliverables
• Driving cross-functional programs across technology security and business teams
• Establishing governance metrics and accountability frameworks
• Operating as a key partner to senior stakeholders while managing complex initiatives end-to-end

Theyre looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced intellectually rigorous environment is comfortable challenging assumptions and can bring structure and clarity to evolving priorities.

Ideal background:

• 25 years in project/program management (tech or security environment preferred)
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
• Experience driving complex initiatives with measurable outcomes
• Familiarity with tools like Jira Confluence ServiceNow.

Qualifications :

Minimum Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in project/program management preferably with some security or technical background. An added plus to have prior experience with Security governance and AI.
• Proven track record of delivering measurable outcomes and long-term impact across complex programs.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to synthesize and convey complex ideas clearly and effectively both in writing and in high-stakes meetings with senior leadership as well as with operational team members.
• Experience leading large multi-phased initiatives with strong planning prioritization and execution skills in dynamic environments.
