The customers Advanced Industrial Technology organization is undertaking a strategic initiative to build a scalable enterprise-grade AI/ML ecosystem using Sight & Sense AI to transform raw factory data into actionable manufacturing intelligence through computer vision anomaly detection and parametric data analysis. This engagement supports the full product development lifecycle from edge hardware integration on the factory floor to cloud-based analytics with the goal of establishing Sight & Sense as the gold standard for vision-based quality and defect detection across Fords global manufacturing operations.
The Project Manager / Scrum Master will support manufacturing technology development for the Sight Team across project management financials resource tracking and scrum facilitation. This role is focused on supporting the Sight Team in key manufacturing technology development areas while following the project management practices and procedures defined by Ford.

Roles and Responsibilities:
Support Manufacturing Technology Development for the Sight Team in each of the Key Manufacturing Technology Development areas including the following:
Manage Sight Team Financials
Sight Budget Forecasts
Sight Funding Requests
Sight Checkbook Reviews
Manage Sight Team Resource Allocation
Track active contributors to Sight products development
Create and maintain resource allocation profile (mountain) charts for current and planned resource allocation
Own burndown reports in Jira dashboards
Support MRL (TRL/IRL) Cycle Plan for Sight Products
Maintain project schedule with MRL/TRL/IRL milestones
Proactively engage with workgroup leads to ensure completion of milestones on time
Escalate blocked tasks from the engineering team
Maintain evidence collection from engineering teams for milestone declarations
Project Administration (Utilizing Jira as applicable)
Schedule recurring team meetings
Host Sprint planning Sprint refinement and Sprint Report out meetings
Publish monthly product newsletter
Meeting Minutes
Timing Charts
Issues Decks
Status Reports
Publish custom dashboards in Jira
Coordinate Test Site and Team Training
Coordinate pilot installation
Maintain Training logs
Coordinate Training requests
Support production training meetings and discussions
Assist with on-site installation and commissioning when needed
Support Production Product Launch Planning
Coordinate timing plans for production launches using Microsoft Project
Interface with Customer/Plant on milestones
Support multiple product launches at OAC DTP KTP and LAP

Preferred Skills:
PMP or PMI-ACP certification preferred
CSM (Certified Scrum Master) or equivalent Agile certification
Experience supporting technology development programs in automotive manufacturing or industrial environments
