Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager (PM2) to provide leadership and oversight for moderately complex construction projects or defined scopes within larger projects. This role is responsible for managing project execution from preconstruction through closeout ensuring alignment with budget schedule quality and safety standards.

The Project Manager will collaborate closely with internal teams subcontractors clients architects and engineers to ensure successful project delivery and strong financial performance.

Key Responsibilities Project Leadership & Execution
  • Lead all aspects of project delivery with a strong focus on safety culture and injury-free operations.
  • Manage project operations from preconstruction through closeout.
  • Oversee project planning scheduling budgeting and execution.
  • Lead project meetings including Owner-Architect-Contractor (OAC) meetings and progress reviews.
  • Ensure compliance with contractual requirements safety standards and company policies.
Preconstruction & Planning
  • Support preconstruction activities including quantity takeoffs trade coordination scope development and bid package preparation.
  • Assist in developing bid lists evaluating subcontractors and analyzing scope coverage.
  • Participate in buyout planning and subcontractor selection.
Scheduling & Cost Control
  • Develop and maintain project schedules in collaboration with the superintendent.
  • Identify and mitigate potential schedule risks (weather scope changes manpower procurement delays).
  • Monitor project costs budgets and profitability throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Prepare monthly cost forecasts and financial performance reports.
Subcontractor & Stakeholder Management
  • Manage subcontractor scope pricing and performance throughout the project.
  • Coordinate submittals shop drawings and approvals with design teams.
  • Oversee change order management including pricing review and owner/architect approvals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with owners subcontractors vendors and project stakeholders.
Risk Compliance & Documentation
  • Identify assess and manage project risks throughout execution.
  • Coordinate with risk management and legal teams as needed.
  • Ensure accurate project documentation and compliance with contractual obligations.
  • Oversee subcontractor bonding and insurance requirements.
Project Closeout
  • Lead project closeout activities including punch lists warranties financial reconciliation and final documentation.
  • Ensure successful turnover of completed projects to clients.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree in Construction Management Engineering or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum 7 years of construction management experience.
  • Proven experience managing project budgets schedules and subcontractors.
  • Strong understanding of construction methods project lifecycle and contract administration.
  • Proficiency in project management scheduling and construction accounting software.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in large-scale commercial or complex construction projects.
  • Familiarity with Lean construction principles.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office and construction management systems.
  • Strong financial acumen and cost control experience.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary: $148800 $185999 annually
Bonus: Eligible based on individual and company performance
