Basic Job Functions:
The Project Manager is responsible for establishing strong customer relationships and managing all post-sale activities for assigned projects. Key responsibilities include reading and interpreting contract drawings engineering documents and production orders; identifying and communicating potential issues or delays; and offering cost-effective solutions to support successful project execution. This position requires maintaining the highest standards of service through professional informative and responsive written and verbal communication with both internal and external customers. The Project Manager will facilitate effective communication between external customers the project team and internal departments while coordinating internal resources and external vendors to ensure projects are completed successfully. This position is available at several locations including Rock Hill SC; Federal Way WA; Duluth GA; and Middletown NJ. This role may require time spent at our Rock Hill SC headquarters for an initial training period. The Inside Project Manager must have a valid drivers license and travel is required.

Compensation:
The pay range for this position is $75K$123K annually. The starting rate offered will be based on the candidates relevant work experience. This role may be eligible for additional performance-based bonuses.
Minimum Requirements:
Minimum of two (2) years of relevant experience in project management sales service operations construction manufacturing or a related field.
Preferences:
- Two (2) or more years of experience in the steel manufacturing industry.
- Two (2) or more years of experience in project management customer service or sales service.
- Project Management Certificate or related degree preferred.
