Job Summary
Little nationally recognized as a Best Firm to Work For and one of the nations most progressive design firms is seeking a Project Manager with a positive collaborative work style for our Retail Studio in our Orlando FL office.
The ideal candidate for this opportunity will be a creative organized and engaging Project Manager who is passionate about design and improving the performance of our clients through collaboration and breakthrough ideas. Candidates should also have a strong ability to mentor and prior experience with renovations and new construction.
A position youll love:
- Youll be working with a valued corporate retail clients.
- You will have primary client relationship duties.
- Your efforts will have a direct impact on the growth of the account.
- Your focus will be on Project Management for an ongoing body of work.
- You will be working with a team to produce and execute extraordinary work.
- Youll be responsible for client interaction proposal writing budget and schedule management team coordination consultant coordination and quality assurance.
- Your work will include a variety of tasks including design production QA and construction administration responsibilities.
- Youll have the opportunity to contribute to workplace and community projects in addition to your focus on retail.
Ideal candidates will have the following Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree or higher in Architecture from an accredited university;
- Architectural license strongly preferred;
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in architecture with 3 years of experience in a project management role;
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously with a strong understanding of project financials;
- Great attention to detail and service to clients;
- Strong organization communication and presentation skills are a must;
- A working knowledge of Revit is required proficiency and ability to draw in Revit strongly preferred;
- Strong commitment to sustainable design and elevating client performance.
