Job Summary
At Strykerwereseeking aProject Manager in R&D supporting new product developmentwho thrives on driving results leading cross-functional teams and delivering high-quality outcomes throughout the product development lifecycle from concept through commercialization. You will need to live within commuting distance to Strykers Irvine CA office and be on-site 5 days per week.

- Lead the development and execution of project charters management plans and detailed Gantt charts
- Define project scope with stakeholders and create structured work breakdowns to guide execution
- Monitor project budgets and ensure costsremainwithin approved limits
- Develop andmaintainquality and risk management plans using industry-standard tools
- Assign and manage project team resources clearly defining roles and deliverables
- Build and execute stakeholder and communication management plans
- Collaborate on procurement planning and vendor selection
- Develop and execute the communications management plan for project team and the needs of key stakeholders
What You Will Need
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Engineering Business or related field
- Minimum 4 years of relevant project management experience
- Experience in regulated or quality-driven environments
- Strong understandingof project management tools (e.g. Microsoft Project Smartsheet)
Preferred Qualifications
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent
$102700 - $171100 USD Annual
