SummaryBalfour Beatty is seeking a Project Manager for a Design-Build (DB) Barracks Renovation project of Buildings 2001 and 2002 at Marine Corps Base Quantico Virginia. Renovation work is a full interior demo and rebuild of the historic structures including Roof repairs; HVAC replacement; Plumbing repairs; Perimeter Drain Tile replacement; Hazardous Material abatement; Replace Fire Alarm system; Install Fire Sprinklers; Electrical and Lighting repairs; and Install two Elevators (one Personal) one (Service).
