Job Summary

The Project Manager will lead the endtoend delivery of pool construction and renovation projects. This role requires coordinating multidisciplinary teams managing budgets and schedules and ensuring client satisfaction while adhering to safety and regulatory standards.

DaytoDay Duties

• Develop and maintain detailed project plans timelines and cost estimates.
• Lead kickoff meetings daily briefings and regular status updates with internal teams and subcontractors.
• Monitor progress against milestones identify variances and implement corrective actions.
• Facilitate communication between design engineering procurement and field crews to keep work flowing smoothly.
• Prepare and present project status reports for senior leadership and clients.
• Oversee permitting processes inspections and compliance with local building codes and safety regulations.
• Manage onsite activities ensuring quality workmanship and adherence to specifications.
• Conduct risk assessments maintain risk registers and develop mitigation strategies.
• Close out projects with final walkthroughs documentation and postproject reviews.

MustHave Qualifications (Essential)

• Bachelors degree in Construction Management Engineering Business Administration or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).
• 36 years of proven project management experience preferably in pool or similar construction environments.
• Proficiency with project scheduling tools (MS Project Primavera or equivalent) and budget tracking software.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to present complex information clearly.
• Demonstrated ability to read and interpret architectural drawings structural plans and technical specifications.
• Leadership experience managing crossfunctional teams and subcontractors.
• Solid knowledge of safety standards building codes and industry best practices.
• Valid drivers license and willingness to travel to job sites as needed.

NicetoHave Qualifications (Desired Experience)

• Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) certification.
• Handson experience delivering multiple simultaneous pool projects from concept through closeout.
• Familiarity with constructionspecific software (e.g. Procore Buildertrend).
• Experience coordinating with municipal permitting agencies and thirdparty inspectors.
• Track record of achieving projects on time within budget and to high quality standards.
• Ability to mentor junior staff and promote continuous improvement.
