About the Role:
Seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the implementation of the Rural Mobile Family Medicine Program a key initiative within the Rhode Island Rural Health Transformation Program (RHTP). This statewide initiative aims to improve healthcare access and outcomes across Rhode Islands rural communities through mobile family medicine services preventive care chronic disease management screenings and telehealth support.

The Project Manager will oversee planning implementation stakeholder coordination contractor management grant administration performance measurement and program evaluation while collaborating closely with RIDOH leadership healthcare providers community organizations and public health stakeholders.

Required Skills:

• 5 years of Project Management experience
• Experience managing large healthcare public health or community health initiatives
