Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Restoration Project Manager / Carpenter to lead residential and commercial property restoration projects resulting from fire water mold storm and other catastrophic losses.

This position combines project management field leadership and customer service. The ideal candidate has a strong background in mitigation and restoration excellent communication skills and the ability to manage projects from initial inspection through successful completion. You will serve as the primary point of contact for property owners insurance representatives and internal teams while ensuring projects are completed safely efficiently and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage residential commercial and industrial restoration projects involving fire water mold storm and other property damage.
  • Perform on-site inspections and accurately document project conditions and scope of work.
  • Coordinate mitigation reconstruction and restoration activities from project start through completion.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for property owners tenants insurance carriers and other stakeholders.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by maintaining regular communication and project updates.
  • Develop project schedules coordinate subcontractors and manage field crews.
  • Ensure projects are completed on time within scope and in accordance with quality standards.
  • Monitor project progress and resolve issues quickly to minimize delays.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation field reports photographs and job records.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations company procedures and industry best practices.
  • Assist with estimating scope reviews and change orders when necessary.
  • Support business development by identifying opportunities to provide additional restoration services.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in property restoration construction mitigation or related skilled trades.
  • Previous project management experience in restoration or construction.
  • Hands-on experience with water fire smoke mold or storm damage mitigation.
  • Strong understanding of residential and commercial construction practices.
  • Excellent communication and customer relationship management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational problem-solving and leadership skills.
  • Valid drivers license with a clean driving record.
  • Ability to pass a background check.
Preferred Qualifications
  • IICRC certifications including:

    • Water Restoration Technician (WRT)
    • Applied Structural Drying (ASD)
    • Fire & Smoke Restoration Technician (FSRT)
    • Applied Microbial Remediation Technician (AMRT)
    • Commercial Drying Specialist (CDS)
  • OSHA Certification
  • Lead Safe Renovator Certification
  • Asbestos Inspector Certification
  • NIMS Certification
  • Experience with insurance claims and restoration documentation.
  • Carpentry or reconstruction experience.
