POSITION SUMMARY

The Project Manager Project Management Office (PMO) supports the successful delivery of cross-functional initiatives across the organization. This role is responsible for the management of projects from initiation through completion and ensures alignment with business objectives and adherence to PMO standards.

This rolereportsto the Head of PMO the Project Manager will coordinate stakeholders manage timelines track risks and support enterprise reporting while contribute to continuous improvement within the PMO.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Manage assigned cross-functional projects from initiation through closurewhich includesdevelopment oftimelines trackingmilestones and ensuring deliverables are met
  • Facilitate project meetings document action items and drive stakeholder accountability
  • Identify project risks and escalate concerns to the Head of PMO with recommended solutions
  • Perform process walkthroughs to identifyoperational or financial reporting risks
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and contribute to regular status reporting and portfolio visibility
  • Ensure adherence to PMO standards tools and governance processes
  • Support continuous improvement efforts within the PMO and promote adoption of project management tools such as

  • Builds strong stakeholder relationships by facilitating effective communication driving accountability and maintaining alignment across teams
  • Proactively identifies and mitigates project operational and reporting risks while escalating key concerns with recommended solutions when needed

REQUIRED SKILLS / ABILITIES
  • Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional projects from initiation through completion
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and customer service skills
  • Ability to facilitate meetings and drive stakeholder accountability
  • Strong stakeholder relationship management skills
  • Self-motivated drivenand collaborative
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
  • Bachelors degree or experience in a related field
  • 3 years of project management experience preferably in cross-functional or enterprise environments
  • Experiencewithsystem implementations integrations or operational initiatives preferred
  • Experience with Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) internal controls
  • Certification in project management (e.g. PMPCAPM) preferred
  • Experience on or related project management tool
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times

Salary is based on several factors including but not limited to education work experience job location size of property where applicable and/or addition to your base salary ESRT provides discretionary annual bonuses.
