Project Manager Production Innovation Center (Modular Electrical)OverviewThe Project Manager is responsible for leading modular electrical pre-fab construction projects from concept through delivery. This role serves as the primary point of contact for customers and internal stakeholders coordinating estimating engineering manufacturing procurement and logistics activities to ensure projects are delivered safely on schedule and within budget. The ideal candidate has experience in electrical construction manufacturing prefabrication or industrial projects and thrives in a fast-paced customer-focused Responsibilities Project & Customer ManagementServe as the primary customer contact throughout the project lifecycle. Participate in customer meetings and support project development activities. Manage projects from award through delivery and closeout. Lead project kickoff meetings and provide ongoing project updates. Estimating & PlanningReview drawings specifications and project requirements. Support conceptual budgetary and final estimates. Assist in proposal development scheduling and project planning. Identify risks opportunities and value-engineering & CoordinationDevelop and maintain project schedules and milestone tracking. Coordinate engineering procurement manufacturing quality and logistics activities. Manage project documentation change orders RFIs and customer communications. Monitor budgets labor performance material costs and profitability. Ensure modular assemblies are delivered to quality schedule and customer QualificationsHigh School Diploma or GED required; Bachelors degree preferred.4 years of experience in electrical construction manufacturing prefabrication modular construction or industrial project management. Understanding of electrical systems and construction practices. Experience reading construction drawings and specifications. Strong project management organizational and communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management software. Ability to manage multiple projects QualificationsEstimating experience in electrical industrial or manufacturing with modular skids data centers mission-critical facilities or power distribution systems. Knowledge of manufacturing and fabrication processes. PMP certification or equivalent project management experience. Experience with Bluebeam Procore Revit Navisworks or Autodesk Construction MeasuresProjects delivered safely on schedule and within budget. Achievement of project profitability goals. High customer satisfaction and strong stakeholder relationships. Effective coordination between engineering manufacturing and operations of high-quality modular solutions with minimal RequirementsAbility to work in both office and manufacturing/construction environments. Ability to use computers and communication devices for extended periods. Ability to safely visit active job sites and production facilities.
