Responsibilities:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with strong expertise in Procurement processes SAP and Ariba integrations to lead a critical G&A ORO transformation initiative for Gilead Sciences. The ideal candidate will bring a proven track record of managing complex multi-stakeholder programs and driving delivery in a fast-paced enterprise environment with the ability to work onsite from the Raleigh office.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Procurement and SAP Ariba integration initiatives within the G&A ORO program
• Manage cross-functional stakeholders across business IT procurement finance and external vendors
• Drive program execution including planning tracking risk management and reporting
• Ensure seamless integration between SAP and Ariba platforms aligning with business and technical requirements
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops requirement discussions and decision-making forums
• Monitor project milestones dependencies and deliverables to ensure on-time and high-quality execution
• Provide clear concise updates to senior leadership and executive stakeholders
• Identify and mitigate program risks issues and bottlenecks proactively
• Ensure adherence to governance compliance and enterprise standards

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Business Information Technology or related field
• 8 years of experience in Project/Program Management
• Strong experience in Procurement domain and Source-to-Pay (S2P) processes
• Hands-on experience with SAP (ECC/S4) and SAP Ariba integration projects
• Proven ability to manage large-scale multi-stakeholder initiatives
• Experience working in enterprise transformation programs
• Excellent communication stakeholder management and leadership skills
• Ability to operate effectively in an onsite client-facing role

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience within Pharmaceutical / Life Sciences industry (strongly preferred for Gilead engagement)
• PMP Scrum Master or equivalent certifications
• Exposure to G&A transformation programs or operating model redesign initiatives
• Familiarity with Agile / Hybrid delivery frameworks
